  1. Which scrap booking place? I looked in the photoshop "Photographic solutions" today but they have gone out of all there scrap booking. The discount shop only had a couple of small sheets. Kmart has some a4 sheets but I have just been trying to find a big sheet to do the roof. Agree with the paint. When I first bought the paint, I couldnt find any of the light, concrete colour in M10. have found some now though which Ill use for my next shed. Only a couple of tractors going in. Maybe the siku JD chopper? And some tools and workshop in one corner. Is 17cm high at the lowest. How are your doing your shed? Have been getting the pics of my collection ready today
  2. Awesome thanks for that. Will you still be posting a photo - don't worry if you can't be bothered ? Im assuming yours are 3mm bumps too....? So sorry to be wasting all your time with this!!!
  3. Oh thanks thats a help! Do you mean they used Mandy's card or just corrugated card from a shop? Cheers
  4. Began cutting some of the wooden wall ready to go around the edge. I will cover them in brick effect. Pics tomorrow!!! Mandy: Did you find any one with any pics of the card on other members sheds? Thanks for your help!
  5. Hi, good suggestion, but I have a sloping roof so I need to know how high to build the rear wall. Have updated the question now to ask for height of the large rotor and length of machine. Thanks for your suggestion!
  6. Hi. Does any one have a uh Claas liner 3000 4 rotor rake? If so would yo please tell me: height of the small rear rotors (measured from the ground to the top of the arm when folded) height of the front large rotors (measured from the ground to the top of the arm when folded) length of the machine? I need to know if it will fit in my shed that I am building currently.? Thanks so much for your help in advanced. Cheers farmersam
  7. Thanks Fb. Went for the 4.5 as am a bit of a "carpet farmer" so wanted it a bit thinner so it wasn't raised off the carpet to much. Seems to be strong enough so far... I got a few ideas from your shed! - the lights look great by the way All the help is great!
  8. Thanks, thats would be a great help! You can get corrugated card easily enough but not in that colour so I would have to spray paint it, and havn't found quite the right colour yet. Will have a think overnight. \
  9. Mandy: Is the green card that I am looking at buying almost the same colour and same sized waves of the card Jez used? Do you have any other photos of it by any chance? (Just want to make sure I am buying the right stuff as it is quite a lot of money for corrugated card if I get it and isn't what I want!!! :) :) ) Thanks for your help Mandy!
  10. All sound like original ideas. Like the idea of a push lawn mower also! How long until we are able to buy these do you think?
  11. Are you sure they aren't real buildings??? Look so cool!!!!! I'd like to know how you made them too.
  12. Was wandering what the best thing was to do about them! (I thought it was just my bad cutting that made the furry edge at first!) Have had ago with the sand paper and they have come up ok. Might have a go with the file later. Thanks for the advice!
  13. Yes quite similar. Most wouldn't have the brick around the base like Jez's shed, but i thought it made the shed look a bit more interesting.
  14. Hmmm... good idea! They would be stronger and straighter than staples.
  15. Sound advice!!! I've learnt about that saying the hard way before! Will have a crack with the door the way you did it.
  16. Thanks Jez! What do you mean by this? Sounds a good idea though...
  17. Made a door. MDF with plastrast as a border. Sprayed silver. Added black handle. Put one end of a staple in the top of the wood and straightened it out so it will be able to swing (any better suggestions?). In the process of making a door frame out of 6mm balsa.
  18. Cut 14 BFS-10 pastruct beams to size. Left an extra 0.5cm on beams allow for them sitting in the base. Spray painted silver Using this glue...
  19. Spray Painted with a couple of cans of Floquil Diorama Paint: Gravel Gray. Made a really good job and very easy! Also sanded the edge off the font of base so the tractors can drive up.
  20. Finally got time.... Base board Building marked out.. Holes drilled...
