when i was at penrith with the model ,there was a unbelievable intrest in this, the model it self and why was it made and do the police really have one ,so i spent the best part of the day explaining how and why the police have one , at the end of the day i thought what a great publicity stunt the police had created with the real thing ,and i quite enjoyed the feed back from people having a look and asking me why , hey any way the police JD looks great in this months model farmer mag ,i was very supprised to see it in there ,

the only time this tractor will do over 60k is when i take it up to penrith on sunday morning ,it might hit the sound barrier at just over 100mph ;)

well there you go ,blue light robbed from my little lads made in Taiwan fire truck ,and i have just replaced it for him with a siku fire truck ,so he is more than happy with the deal . you will all get a chance to see this conversion at the Penrith tractor and construction show on sunday , i can see by all the comments that this has entertained you all and that is what it is all about , my next challenge has got to be that mf police tractor ;D

well i am just waiting for my little lad to go to bed and i will nick a blue light off one of his toys ,then blame his mam ,that's the plan .

no i don't use air brushes of any kind .i use top of the range mini jet spray paint guns with very very fine nozzles /tips and 2k hi gloss paint /2k base coats ,solids /metallic so that the paint work is as robust if not more robust than the original siku paint and the finish i get is much better than siku (glass type is the word),you can achieve this without killing it with paint as well .the trick to it all is knowing your paint and products ,if you want any help with paint /primers /colours /masking products/glues etc i really am a senior ata paint tec, pm me for a contact number if you need any help , cheers peter

rear end ,sorted out the lower rear window ,that siku has failed to do ,i don't know why they left it plastic ??

white one just about done ,detail in the cab /wiper arms ect ,and front bonnet sticker air vents need mat black , ;)

if you type in fendt 820 black beauty in to a well known video site that starts with (you),you will get a shock ,when you see them in action .

yes sorry that's what i mean arch extensions ,i have now seen 10 pictures of the 820 black beauty ,some look satin black as you say but then some look satin / mat, brown grey ,same with the grills and vents ,some are black mat ,show stand models tend to be silver ,?

i am thinking silver vents and grill ,mat brown/grey rear arches to match the chassis,twin beacons ???
