i have bought the conrad Aebi tractor, on ebay from germany,
it sais it is 1/32 and it looks to be correct , it is a super model with pivoting front linkage, 4 wheel steer and even an opening door to the cab , someting a little different.
we have a contractor down here that uses one of these for highway verges and embankments.

it was possible to order a valmet hitech a nd mega tractors fitted with an extra fuel tank on the side which doubled the capacity , this was a popular option with contractors in this area , our own M130 also has the twin tank option , most Valmets were also built to a customers own spec , as they make to order except a few demo and stock tractors

a jones lifter like that is also used here in Cornwall by a friend who grows daffodil bulbs, its very big to get around our lanes !

Hi Britfarmer
hope you find these interesting ,
the plastic version never had a crook in his hand .
I have collected lead and plastic figures for about 10 years ,
my favourites are the Herald animals and the buildings made by Hugar for Britains in the 1930s.

Mengele sh40 forage harvester ,
made by Nigel Green several years ago , i think he only ever made 2 or 3.

this looks very common , but is very unusual as it is made of black plastic with the white painted on ,
they are usualy white plastic as i am sure you know ,
bought from a dealer in plastic figures about 5 years ago
-

Hi Britfarmer,
you may already have it but there is also a book called,
suspended animation, an unauthorised history of britains and herald plastic figures
by Peter Cole
a very good book on the history of all the figures , with dates of production etc, listed
i also collect lead and plastic farm figures and it always amazes me how many variations are out there,
if i get some spare time i could post some photos , let me know if there is anything you are interested in.
