Just started on this buckrake, lot of work involved in this, about 10 hours spent on this model so far. Hard to get the folding sections to sit straight and not 'droop'
Widened and flared the wheel arches, going for the look of aftermarket wheels so not to worried about front mudguard being to narrow.
still needs finished off. Going to get a front weight and need to get wheels painted
snap on are while dear. In my opinion hard to beat Halfords advanced because of the lifetime guarantee and and just take a broken tool into any tore with receipt and they will give you a replacement. With long opening hours and plenty of stores its very handy and their tools are very good anyway, and haven't managed to break any yet
Trying to fix an alarm on a 1.7dti corsa sxi (ready for the scrap yard basically.) Not my car but the alarm decided to go off at school at the end of open evening. Was a while handling because we had been offered tay but all the fit teachers had left by the time we got it fixed
There was a fastrac drawing and mowing beside me last year. She wasn't long mowing a field with a 10ft mower and you should have heard the note out of her when she was under pressure pulling up the hill with a full load (she had a chrome straight pipe)
I am looking for a front linkage folding arms for a 7499. I seen 1 with folding arms on here before but can't find it now. Any information on whether it was scratch built or a item from the likes of artisan would be appreciated
Cheers
