  1. A few pics of the current fleet, some projects are nearing completion too.
  2. Still nobody??? Surely some of you modifiers have one or a pair? There is a pair for sale in the classifieds but sounds like they won't split? Please help!
  3. Me and you Chris are going to fall out The bottom left door is missing, the front glass is smashed, no back window, wiper missing, you will lose your hearing when the tractor is running, if you get a strong wind it will blow over, if you try and park it in your shed it won't go in because too tall, need I go on? Not a very pleasant place to be unless it is actually raining?
  4. U bugger, I was adamant I was going to win
  5. Decals are easy, genuine £160 or very good copies £80, cheap to post! And yes Marky, that is the case )
  6. Very very nice, no assistor rams but you don't need them. That cab has got to go
  7. Front pivot bush worth doing, fairly simple job, big bush about £50, smaller £35. Crownwheel and pinion can wear but if in good condition can be swapped side to side, look for play in top and bottom swivel bearings aswell. Driveshaft universal joints get play and are about £45 and front hub seals can leak, but fairly simple to replace. Handbrake discs again are simple to replace and not particularly dear. The rear brakes are a bigger and more expensive job. Check engine starts well and doesn't smoke or throw too much oil out the exhaust. That one has got an alternator fitted too so if you want to put it back to original a dynamo is readily available as I expect the tacho/engine rpm won't work as it is cable driven! Otherwise they are pretty bombproof.
  8. True Niels, but that cab doesn't even look good??? Looks like a greenhouse and will probably act like one when the sun comes out
  9. I don't think that was an unreasonable comment ha ha!. After all I don't think it was an original County fitment???
  10. Got to start somewhere Mark Actually that wheel was duly sold after I painted it............to be honest it came painted ha ha!
  11. Whichever you chose it will be better than mine ;D
  12. That 1124 looks a beauty, well worth the $$$$. Rip the cab off and you have a decent machine!!! Wil, have you any photos of these tractors to put on the register? Or have you some photos, are the 1454s, are they for sale? Whats going on with the TW30s??
  13. Check out my site www.county-tractors.co.uk we often get offers of County tractors from all over the world including Canada!
  14. Look a lot of money for what they are The Weise models I have bought look far better value, lets hope they come down in price (live in hope!).
  15. I only need one and assume I can paint it white I guess? Thanks H
  16. Andrew Cameron sure is a top man and a very impressive fleet!
  17. It was a 1494 rowcrop, I will see if I can find a photo for you. H
