Can no one help?
-
I am looking for one white Britains wheel for my MB Trac conversion. It was supplied on the narrow wheels and have fitted 3 wider wheels which I think were off the Ford 5610. Can anyone direct me towards one wheel or can anyone help me out? TIA

Thanks David, that has told me a lot!
I was thinking that the Germans would have wanted an accurate model of one of their favorite machines as there
is quite a following out there just like the Fendts. I can hope the Germans will come up with an example shortly!

Here's another question for you model experts.........
Has anyone produced a Deutz Agrostar 6.61 or 6.81 model, either production or custom made?
I know know Britains did their DX6.50 Commander and 4.57, but anyone produce a later Agrostar?

I got hold of a Wagenhof Case 1455 about six months ago, from a guy in Germany off ebay, it ended up costing me €260. I was sick as I already had the International, and I could of bought both models for €200 from Wagenhof when they first came out.
I think the guys that made them were leaned on by CNH as the models were not 'licensed officially', so they stopped producing them after a few hundred of each.
Very interesting Dale, I wonder what the chances of getting the likes of Wiking, Weise or UH for example to produce a copy?
I assume CNH is the problem here?

The Case 1455 XL you are talking about where from Wagenhof.
That was a limited run indeed!
The Sucho one is not a limited version
That is the one, I take it would be near possible to get one of those?!
No further product runs in a standard run, no special box?
Thanks

Hi all,
What are the current options for a Case or International 1455 model?
Was it Schuco who did a limited run of them and no longer available?
Did i hear there plans for another in the future?

Hi Niels,
I think it's part of the long-term plan. Once you have committed to going perfect bound, I think you've got to stick with it. We'll see how it turns out.
Regards
Rory
I hoped this was the case with TAFT but that idea soon went out the window, top work and good luck!

G&M had them advertised last time I looked? Obviously not sure on grass header?
-
Looks like you can still buy them for about £40?

Here ya go LL -

Light Land,
I think you must be mistaking me for Mr Howard Sherren, editor of Classic Massey magazine. I can't ever recall being stood next to an MF 9240 in Classic Tractor.
Lord F,
OK, hit me with the brochures. Did you get the MF 65 orchard brochure that was on eBay the other week? Inside MF is due to arrive Wednesday with me, so you may get a copy later this week.
RD
Can I confirm I look nothing like Mr Day, even from a distance! He is far more handsome than myself and in better shape!
-
I seem to recall seeing them before, somewhere?
RD
Oh Rory, you are just full of sarcasm
-
I must look out for that one
There really are some good stories in there

.. he says he'll happily push my wheelchair off the top of beachy head mind you :D
Not if the wife gets there first!

With the good, there is always the bad! Sorry to hear about the tough week, I am sure the added work load I give you isn't helping either
Least you can say good riddens after Wednesday ;-)
I can imagine working as a family things can get heated, he might get better money elsewhere anyway
