Finally got back to this as some fools have managed to stop me from getting diesel to do my job🙄
First one is now assembled with just a few bits left to do. This is the version with rams on the legs, also got one with screw style legs. Legs are fixed in both cases as it would be too fragile if they moved.

I think its the black filament joe, dont get it on the other two, its done it on all prints, have a feeling it needs to go up a bit temp wise from what i have seen online, colour pigment issue so it seems
I had to print black filament at 230 degrees to stop the same issues you’re having from occurring.
I’ve switched to a PEI bed now and prints not only stick better but come off easier too.

small bales are still popular down this way gav, horsey types, but also a lot of the smaller farms aren't fit for big bales or round bales , just not got the space or room in yards for tele handlers to stack them. easy to shift of 1/2 man farm units
We don’t just sell them in Devon, they’re all over the country. We tend to just do the 10 bale version but can also do 8 and 12 bale accumulators and grabs.

Yes, took a while to find the really small ones 😂

Nice. Spent 2 autumns/winters walking behind one of them in the late 90’s

Thanks. As they are an open mould they do need sanding first as the resin is slightly uneven and also has a gloss finish.

Not looked at them yet, tried all the normal sources for wheels etc and had no joy so far.

The wheels are the sticking point at the moment as only need to be 10mm in diameter

That's looking really good. I am watching your developments closely as I have a Jones Engeneering Triple Bed Onion Topper on my build list and was unsure how to build it. Seems like 3d printing is the way to go.
Thanks. What I've done so far would have taken a long while to scratch build and not have been so refined or repeatable either. 3D printing has made it a lot easier to do.
