took my brother along for the first time , he spent more than me and can't wait to go again. only farmer ed and mandy there today .but loads of other bits on other tables . seems the older stuff is becoming cheaper by each show i go too. roll on january for the next one.

having bought the grimme spud harvester i was just wondering if anyone had heard anything about a destoner being done . would be nice to have a matching destoner

it looks really good mate , i do like the plough but like you said finding a tractor for it to go on is a bit harder.i think that cat is the best yet .

been looking at a few 690 pictures . it looks like 2wd tractors slope a bit more than 4wd ones . i could be wrong . i know when driving our 590 2wd the bonnet looked to slope more than our 4wd . you notice these things when you spend all summer driving the cauli planter

390 should have 34 s on the back, fronts look spot on too . i have drove 2wd 390s that have had 38s on from new but they were the first black cab/red roof ones . i remember they were E reg as my 4wd 390 was an F reg with the silver cab. can't see if the model has a hiline decal on the door bar

i used tm cab and wings and a old mx bonnet and then took the exhaust from the tm/8560 and glued it to the mx bonnet. i tried to make some decals but they didnt come out too good .don't have it anymore but theres a picture on here some where . would be 3 or 4 years ago . it was very easy to do . always thought about the whole jxu /mxm ranges

its here again . last of the year might even do some christmas shopping for the kids.who's going then.

i think the show could do with being a bit later in the year. i spoke to one trader and he told me that every year he has a new delivery on the monday of new things out.

this happens to the trader every year hes been doing toytrac.and i see on some of the websites that the fork lift, joskin trailers, ford with the mud guards etc turned up to buy on these websites . i'm not knocking the show but i would say if new releases were at the show maybe more sales would of happened. for me , i like to see new releases and talking to a few others they said the same. maybe the traders should get together and put pressure on the wholesaler for a better service as i know the wholesaler had them before the weekend . who knows it could be all different next year .

have a uh 2620 here now, the limited one with cage wheels, and i have to say if the rest of the uh mf 2000 series are as good as this then we do have 1 good mf release from them, after a good look over i cant see to much wrong with it, and i recon the rear wheel, maybe even the fronts would be a good donor for the uh 3080, not huge float type, but hub wise its a pretty near match to the common ones out there

had a good day , seemed a lot less people to me but i could be wrong. the layouts were amazing as always . talking to a few people ,the fact nothing new was out was the down side but i did see the new mf6290 which isnt that bad . this year was the first year ever i have come home with money still in my pocket. roll on next year .

i do like these 2 models .i'm buying MF models from now on , but i'm so tempted by these 2 and the case puma god help me if there any at toytrac they might sneak in a bag

nice models there paul , my mate chopped his cat lexion and put the bottom half on the claas 580 so he now has a header that goes up and down . why they put a movable header on one but not the other baffles me.

top people to deal with. i buy all my wheels there.

with the way money is at the moment i would plod along with what you have.you dont want loans or hp hanging over you.i knew some one who had the same thing on his mind and farmers said we will have you.So he went out and got a case mx135( tweaked )when he rang them up to say i have this tractor . He later found out some chap with a 884 had beat him to it . Or you hire in a tractor to do the work and send it back when you don't need it. Good luck with your venture mate.
