  1. Looking forward to meeting other members and collectors loved last years show and am realy looing forward to this one and also have a old combine serviced for the show

  7. Some time? That is nothing new man I have a video of old farm tractors and machinery and there is 2 Fordson Dexta's an one man can drive the two It showed the tractors ploughing the first tractor was operated by the farmer and the second tractor followed the first tractor and did the same as it did it worked well for ploughing as both tractors could plough at the one time one be hind the other.
  8. Here Domonic I made a 8210 last year before Moria Based on the UH 7810 with a lengthened 7710 bonnet unfortunately I have not got a chance to fit bigger wheels.

  11. here is a few pics of the new layout well 1/4 of it anyway (8ft X 4ft that is 1/4 of it)

  13. been making my new layout it is going to be 16ft X 8ft in 4ft X 4ft sections have got 1/4 of it nearly done just ran out of hanging basket liner for the last hedge \

  16. mate that is no rubbish there was 4 around me all have been sold due to electrical problems one was left with us to fix the problem was if you pull the hand brake up full it locked on and would not come off \ My uncle has a 04 NH tl100 it is a very nice and handy wee tractor Zetor are also a great tractor as they are alot cheaper than most makes and are very basic with little electronics
  17. Fraser 12x7ft silage trailer half way through making one have more plastic coming for more also plan on making a few Johnston silage trailers Oh and the start of a DB Hurricane harvester

  20. you have got a good collection now mate it is like a bug these tractors Next you will be looking for a 90 serries tractor
  21. looks a wee bit rough but is still in very good shape There was only 501 original turbo 4wd manual gearbox 1690s made Great pics please keep them coming
  22. thanks just thought it woud be something different oh and Grandad is very fit for his age altough he does look a bit rough

Grandad also gave me these 2 pics that made it to the local paper it was teh day the 900 arived and showed the family standing next to it outside the new DB dealer ship He also said these last few pics were taken the very day he drive the 900 home the very first work she did with her on the farm was roling a field with an oul cast roller which belive it or not is stil used daily on the farm He also said the cameras wouldnt have had as goo of quality pics as todays
  24. well after we got all the pics taken we when in for Tay and grandad handed me a envolope which contained these pictures of him driving the 900 home the Day it was bought In the background is his father on the T20 returning to the workshop with a broken board on the drill plough (that was opened new in 1958 along with the DB sales yard that was also aquired in 1958 The Hoods were one of the first DB dealers in NI and were also one of the first to have a DB 900) being driven into the yard folowed by his father in the T20 oh and the rest of the family cheacking out the new purchase He also had a few pics of the broken drill plough
  25. now wan year later she is being driven out of the workshop by Grandad it has been 20 odd years since he drive her last heading up the road for a test run The same road he drove her down new in 1959 turning at the gate and returning now back in the dealers yard
