And last but not least, this smelly old thing. Originally bought for conversion purposes but just look at it. Was boxed and mint so couldn't dare take a tool anywhere near it Real thing driven by ... well theres a new driver everyday Often with a name like Edgar, Ivan, or Hanz. Real job dumping salad waste into the fields The real things a 2650 but the model is of course a 3350
Not a fan of this though ...

My Iveco lorry, delivery lorry driven by Graham. One of my favourite Britains models i have to say. Bought off of FM tractors
-
My trusty Transit from the lovely Mandy, a model i've fallen in love with My friend came over whos Mum's a friend of the J.J.Barkers boss and said he'll take it to show him
And also coming in the yard the 7430, this one still needs alot of work!
Real thing driven by ? I just call him misery guts to be honest
-
Going a bit bigger, changed to Siku tyres a John Deere 7820. Driven by Mark in real life and probably the biggest machine on the farm \
Got to get some wing mirrors, a beacon and a number plate for it still
Normally with it's discs!
The real thing/s
-
Then my other rowcropped tractor a John Deere 6620, actually decaled as a 6620. Still awaiting a number plate and trying to get a beacon for it. My favourite tractor in real life!
This ones driven by Paul

Well as a request yesterday to see my old 3350 i thought i'd get a few of my old workhorses out, all based on real tractors. So come in the yard and have a butchers....
Firstly my favourite two little workhorses, both on row crops.
A 6820, driven by Mike ( Mickey or Pirate Mickey ). Jobs used in include planting corn and rotervating
Had to remember the seed bags on the weight! Still trying to get a beacon for it and a personalised number plate

it may be wrong in our eyes to buy 2 and sell 1 like that, not good for other collectors, but i defy any one of us not to consider it, hell if it keeps going like that it would pay for your flights hotel and other buys at the show at the end of the day, maybe a bit left over to, wrong or not whish i had 2 to sell like that
I've been wondering the same Sean, if one stumbled in my direction i would definetly consider selling it, would pay for Tris' bale trailers finally But i can't see much wrong with selling it immediatly, i would personally keep it until im a bit older

FAB set up you've got going there Nick them piggys set off Grahams building a treat mate. :P
Thanks very much Old Ford thats a huge compliment coming from one of the layout masters himself

Nice pics Nick
Great barn you have there and the Schleich animals look really lifelike compared to Britains shiny offerings these days. BTW is that a 3350 lurking in the background, nice one - pic pleeeeease
Thanks mate, yeah i love my barn all credit to Graham And they are good, may try some Britains in there for size though \ And yep it is, i'll get some pictures tomorrow of my fleet. Was bought off ebay cheaply for conversion purposes but was absoelutly mint so never bothered
-
Looking wonderful Nick... I've asked in another post, but is the scale of the Schleich animals compatible with Britains darling???
Hi Mandy, thanks alot There quite a bit bigger, for example the piglets from Schleich are around the size of a Britains sow the new ones. But nevertheless they do me

Well it's back. This is mainly a topic about the animal side of my layout and i've updated it a bit tonight. Still got so much work to do, but heres how its going.
I got some supplies in today in the form of feeding troughs
Then moved the pigs in with the cattle, big mistake really but all i could really do for the time being until i either get another unit built or clear a pasture.
The cattle end
And then one of my trusty Deeres transporting some bales from the summers baling
Some more pics hopefully tomorrow
-
you finally got the row crops on then mate
Just about Sean Owe it to Graham and his drill to be honest
Thanks everyone as you've said was extremely simple, just needed a little though and recycling bits that are not going to be used
But didn't reliase the paint job was that bad
-
Well, the title says it all really. I bought this UH front linkage from Sean which i think is from a UH Renault. Then looking at how to convert i see people casting proper A frames and things, my workshop is a bit more basic than that so i took off the A-frame from the replaced Siku hitch and then put a cocktail stick through all of the gaps and it holds. Then of course weights go on etc. The paint is deliberately a different shade of green It doesn't look that bad when you look at it.
Any comments or questions feel free to post
The linkage itself
Then the edited Siku A-frame
And with weights, of course can take front implements but my battery died before i got the chance to take a pic
Maybe a few better pics later when the batterys charged

Excellent work Will

Lots and lots ...
Firstly yesterday afterschool i was invited with a few others to go to the port of London building in Gravesend to have a go on the ship simulator the 'boat drivers' use for training. It was really good, extremely realistic a bit mind boggling as everything around you makes you feel like your in a real boat. Well after going down the Thames at 17knots i eventually went through towerbridge at an angle with a cargo ship and straight into the back of HMS belfast \
Then went to an iceskating disco, how cool am i?
And then this morning played rugby against a team from South London, and won! And didn't get stabbed .. once! Double victory ;D

Nice one i like it alot Me and Ben are probably going to ask about a pipe trailer for irrigation pipes, a similiar design. Looks simple yet very effective

Looks very promising MB, lots and lots of models there good collection and a funky little set up

Firstly Bill I would like to apologise for the destructive comments of the minority on here! Something that was written into the FTF policies some time ago was that criticism should be constructive and not just throw away one liners that cause offence. I hope that they are as accepting of the non-constructive criticism they get when they post there models, conversions of farms!
I would also like to thank you for being the only manufacturer to come on the forum and post. This has given us in sites into forth coming models way in advance of others in the past. Something that should be appreciated!
Any way I think the set looks really good. A credit that an anniversary has been reached. I hope that they sell well for you.
Wait a minute, i've had my post deleted i suspect in my comments about this model. None of which were intended to be 'destructive' or 'insulting' about this model all we are trying to say is our point of view about this model. Which in my opinion, which by the way im entitled to isn't the best inwhich could of been brought out. Now im sorry if this offends people but thats the way i feel, so before everyone jumps on the bandwagon and says 'oh we should ban these FTF'ers that voice there opinions on the bad points of models' they are infact offering a balanced argument and therefore the manafacturer can try and pick up some of those problems.
I hope i wasn't a member who sparked this whole little argument about disrespecting models off but i just don't feel like my comments or anyone elses were as bad as your making out \
No disrespect to Bill Walters or BGU i must add

Hopefully will be there Great news

Tough times ahead Nick. Don't expect her to say to much but be expected to be there if she needs you. A friend of mine met the man of her dreams last year, I knew him from school and he was a real cut above the rest. He planned to propose on Xmas day with his grans wedding ring diamonds made into a new gold ring of his own design. He did all this from his hospital bed. She never knew a thing, it was going to be a surprise but he died from leukemia after 14yrs in the clear.
Ahh man thats very upsetting very sorry to hear about that And well i haven't heard from her for a while but still can't help feeling gutted for her
