Last night i got back from a school trip over the weekend ( hence my abscence ). I've been staying at Eypres in Belgium from Friday to Saturday, we went to lots of famous WW1 sites such as Essex Farm, Tyncott, German war cemetries, Menin gate etc. Then yesterday we drove to the Somme, went to the Somme, Ulster tower, etc...
So was a real eye opener and quite a laugh with my mates at the hostel

I can understand the reason for the price due to casting etc, which is still reasonably cheap for some casted models. I have put possibly, it is an excellent model don't get me wrong but unless i can sort my diorama out something that wouldn't be top priority until the finishing touches. But if i had ?30 going then yes

Genius, pure genius! Come to puppa
:P

Looks good Mark, are you sure the doors are big enough?
\ Only that, but the sides look great any further pics just ask

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4ADBF_en-GBGB244GB245&q=cerberus+mccormick+cx100+model+tractor&btnG=Search&meta=cr%3DcountryUK%7CcountryGB well done Nick i can't find a price for it but i'd say 4.99 was cheap
:)
I was guna say Simon, how much did that dinky MF cost at the last April show cost? Was more than that for about four times as much model
\ ?4.99s a bargain
Not quite my cup of tea however
-
Looks very nice Sean, perfectly adapted to the smaller farm
Liking it mate
-
Hmm, an interesting one never seen that before. Is it not the Spalding show tractor from a few years back?
-
Very tidy, a cracking model
-
Having my phone pinched whilst playing rugby made me slightly sad, more annoyed though, so annoyed infact my coach wouldn't let me back on the pitch in fear of ' murder '

yeh the blades the same apart from that black bit at the bottom is yellow and the spreader is different
Looks good i have plans for that
-
I wasnt too keen at first but it really is a lovely model, is that front blade the same as will be released in that motorway mantenance set released later on?

Ricky, y'know we love it
Build it my friend
-
Thats a lovely little trailer well done mate
-
I second that, love the real machine ... would love a model probably more than any other combine
-
My rugby team still managed to win after having a player sent off, my other flanker sin binned for no apparent reason, having our coach redcarded off the pitch so was a good result through all of that. Even know the referee was completely bonkers
-
Now they are excellent, i love them both. Any ideas on price? Brilliant work
-
Why do you think that Nick? They're just re-making tractors which worked very well, (e.g. the 35x) at a fraction of the cost to make, as the tooling was all available from MF. Horses for courses though mate, I know it doesn't have the appeal for collecters over here, but abroad where they're much more affordable, you'd struggle to find a better tractor of this type. Even in the UK there is a market for them, with I know of 4 within 10 miles of here, not suprisingly in the equistrian market as you get a good spec'd up machine with a warrentee as opposed to a 40 year old machine with risks. But personally I'd have a MF due to its pure charm and character.
;)
Oh no, i've got no problem with the tractors in real life, they're quiet 'convenient', some great tractors being remade its a great idea. But just the idea of a model of one
\ I doubt they would go down very well, i expect the vast majority would want to see an MF
\
But i have no objections of one being made, i just don't think they would be a very good seller

Wherever they are from I shouldn't think the population could afford the flippin model anyway, what a waste. ..
They'll be making TAFE Tractors next
What dya mean Tris don't you like the model?
And i'll join you in saying TAFE Tractors should not be made
-
Must say, dont know to much about them.
??? Where are they made?
They look the part, are they any good?
There a russian or Ukranian company i believe.
I seriously like this model, a bit mysterious with a sexy loader
-
Just been looking at this model, looking at photos i thought to myself pah wont be getting that, but looking at some more detailed pictures it looks to be a superb model. Will definetly be on my list, liking the opening rear windows and doors, hopefully something UH will pick up on
-
I like that trailer, i think it was JCB's first creation? Would be nice but probably in 1/16?
