nice palour ,ours is a old 14x14 we got about 130 going through takes hour and three quaters with wash down and a bit longer in the morning ..soon have 155 going through when some more calve. ..do you milk yourself
morning and night my da still aint got onto auto id yet weve 127 with 17 more to calve but might cull 3 older cows. what make of parlour is yours? sounds like a good set up ;)

thanks graham, in my area alone there was 2 12/24's a 14/28 a 20/20 and a 60/60 and now ours this last year we looked at all breeds thought they were the sturdiest and tidiest to look at

very nice indeed Rab, how many are you milking and how long does it take?
thanks theres 127 running through at the minute so 8 runs which takes 1 hour and 10 mins to milk then 15-20 mins to wash up

thanks for posting up rab! parlour looks fantastic! im sure its a relief to have it finished. how did the cows find getting used to it the first few times?
we walked them through it last saturday for the first time....took 2 hours, then last sunday they went through in 15 mins so they were well prepared for milkin in it ;) flippin right im glad 10 months ago we started this project

she is a fine parlour lad :o
yes well made that westfailia equipment ;) were well pleased so far it saves us over an hour each milking compared with old parlour
