if someone did that jd as a conversion i would probally buy it,i have alwasy had a soft spot for the olde jd's

It's an original ERTL 3140 he's added a 4020 front axle and glazed the cab etc I think he spent days rather than hours on it :o

A guy in Ireland I supply with parts made this,I thought i'd post the picture as I think he's made a really nice job of it :)

What you always need in the back of your mind these day's is what will universal hobbies do next,when it comes to conversions you have to think like this with anything Claas,Krone,Kuhn or Agco \ \ \ \ \ \

which is better of the two F-P britains or siku ?

Like you say siku have a better size bale but the baler is crap [

trouble with this model is that the bales look a bit .......................well..........................crap \ \

Just to keep everyone up to speed,all parts have now been made for the TVT and they have been sent away for casting,the stickers are being made(computer cut vinyl) and Ian and I are in the proceeds of buying all the base models.We hope to have a small number of models availible before christmas as long as no one lets us down.As soon as I have the parts back I will get one sprayed and on the forum and our websites for all to see,I have managed to make a detailed cab interior and the rear linkage will accept Britains and Siku implements.Ian and I are very pleased with the way this project is working out and we both hope this will be the first in a new line of tractor conversions.

Can't remember from ebay, maybe agrium but it's unlikely he made em as the quality just isn't there

I think I made them Ian bought them from me at Spalding a couple of years ago to display on his tractors ;)If they are mine its the first set I made using three tim units and homemade waterslide decals Could have yourself a piece of history there Ricky ;D

The Fendt with loader is a new realease the 924 is still availiable and you can get the 412 with mower etc from Germany.

Lot's of you seem to want a TVT 190 there's nothing stoping you having 190 stickers on your model the reason for doing a 155 is because the UH chassis's wheel base,track width and wheel size is exactly to scale for a 135/155/155 but not big enough for a 170/190.if you can live with your TVT190 being a little under scale then 190 decals is no problem

As Ian say's pre-ordering the TVT doesn't mean you have to pay up front or even give a deposit it just gives us an accurate number of interested people so we know how many to produce,there's no point us ordering enough stuff to build 100 tractors only to ever make 25.
