Nice, that'll go well infront of the trailed foragers. 8)

Sometimes called a side delivery rake, Sue. It turns on swath of crop onto another to make a larger swath or you can just move a swath onto dry ground during say, hay making. After a shower or the dew has passed and the swath remains on damp ground it is better to be able to move it across onto dry ground. :)

Thanks Joe and Tris.  I have never seen one so had no idea.  When I was a child the little farm I used to stay at had no such thing.  The job as described was done by hand.  Although I do remember one time seeing the hayfield strung with wire and the cut hay draped over it to dry.

and people say the massey baler is expensive, well for what this is i think its pathetic, i wont be getting one for sure

I disagree . The price is around 54 euros and worth every penny. Aparently made out of all metal, even the tines. Looks to be one of the best detailed models ever produced. I just wish it was a different make, like a Pottinger or Kuhn. If Mar Ge make all models like that I want to see more....how about some beet or potatoe equipment.

I have to agree with you 100% Markus.

I'm in agreement with that as well. Mine came today and is sitting alongside the Fella tedder on my shelf. I mainly collect UH and Wiking models but these two are in a different league as regards build quality and detail. Will stick some pictures on soon
