Geoffrey
I got a couple of project running at the same time now. All so started a Veenhuis 9500 slurry tanker today. This model tanker was build around the 90's. Really like the looks of this rather small slurry tanker. Like the Veenhuis VVT400 and the Duport slurry tankers this one will all so be completely scratch build except the tires. Deere-est
Hi Geoffrey nice to see another Veeny topic from you. I notice the low drawbar, more suited to UK tractors. Would this attach to the tractor in the same way as it would in UK with a 'pick up hitch' ?
Spiekker; S.J.B.
In Holland the pickup hitch is not common. The tanker will either coupled to a drawbar, or to a tipperknob. I don't think the original owner of the Veenhuis does have something which is not common. Right Geoffrey? I must say, it looks fantastic! Are you gonna build more of these? Geoffrey
Did some work on the filling arm and chassis today: It's not a very large tanker. Put the Fiat 160-90 in front of it. looks pretty good i think
Deere-est
This is nice to see, there have been some like this sort of size in Farmers Weekly for sale over the last week or two.
