griffithsbros
tractor pulling 1:87 style!! the third day we visited the Cruiqus Museum, which is a large steam engined pump (now ran by hydraulics) which was used to pump water out of the "polders" in holland, i didnt take any pictures there as it was a bit cramped and not much room to take any decent ones. also that day we we visited the catapillar and mitshubishi forklift trucks factory where they are made for the uk and europe, there a several other factories placed around the world producing the same forklifts. we werent aloud to take pictures in the factory but we were in the final test area. Massey Boys Mum
Thanks for sharing your tour, sounds like a lot of fun - hope Cerin get's the opportunity to do this when he's at college! Did you bring home any souveniers?
griffithsbros
yes i am sure Cerin would enjoy it if he had the opportunity, as for souveniers, i bought a claas arion 640 (UH 1:32) a claas xerion polo shirt, and picked up a few claas lanyards which had vistor notepads on which were free, claas also gave us a 1:32 model but the tutors kept them so they didnt get damaged and we will get them next week at college, we got given a cap from mitshubishi forklift trucks and a pen from Koop van der Val
