MF offered two spreaders in the early years in the UK... a land wheel driven one... and the PTO driven version which came a tad later (but was offered at the same time) and the later Martson versions that Sean E baby refferred to.. and here is an American one (of which there were many sizes).. Tim i see thats a 1450 round baler in the picture? looks very like our old one, a 1440....a beauty in hay or straw but a pig of a machine in silage unless the crop was really almost too wet.
