S. Peters Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Hello everyone, Here is another scatch build project from my side. It's a VMR manure container. The whole model is build from Poly. The wheels and shaft can be raised and lowered. The valves, hydraulic hoses, beacon, lights and stickers are giving the finishing tough. Let the foto's speak for them. Greetings, Sjonnie Peters. Farmersam Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Wow, thats another very cool and unique model you've made! Quote
catkom3 Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Unusual,maybe,unique,I don't think so, http://www.farmmodels.nl/Webwinkel-Product-5267600/20225-Mest-container-overslag-container-Bouwset-VMR-Veenhuis-ZHE-Record-...html Regards Joe. Quote
S. Peters Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 Yep, Catcom3 This is the Kit from Henry Selten, only Ã've made the lower version and with the VMR stickers. I'ts still a scratch build in my eyes only this one comes i a kit. I've made this topic in a bit of a hurry, so i forgot to mansion! On the dutch forum i did mansion this directly: see here : http://www.miniaturenforum.nl/viewtopic.php?f=133&t=17462 I think every model that is made with your own hand is unique if it is a totally scratch build or it comes in a kit. catkom3 Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 No problem Johnny, just wondering if you'll be makeing an LKW road tanker to go with it,http://www.farmphoto.com/thread.aspx?mid=760819#760819 Regards Joe. Quote
S. Peters Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 Maybe i will Joe, it's a good idea. But first i'm gonna make me a tank on the VMR carrier for the transport. Somebody else is making me a Vervaet trike. See here for foto's of the trike model.http://www.farmmodels.nl/Webwinkel-Product-5009904/536.-Vervaet-3-wieler.html Quote
Niels Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Nice to see your version with the ZHE decals Catkom! I guess we now have a slurry container working in the UK as well .(I work for the company) http://www.mestcontainer.nl/ Quote
catkom3 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 I wish I had known that earlier,I may have painted it a different colour, glad you like it,it's meant to go in a diorama with two other tankers, time will tell : Regards Joe. Quote
Niels Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 We paint it in any colour that the customer wants but it usually ends up either blue or yellow. We also do our own header trailers and rape extentions and build the tandem axle option for New Holland's big balers. Quote
