Jdeere6910
Step 1: Get in car Step 2: Take car to appropriate field Step 3: Place car in gear and floor the throttle and there you go, tracks like that in your field Sorry I had to do it

Lady Ferguson
Old Massey (Mark Smart) has done a terrific job on Ford Farm: http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,7575.2835.html Railway modellers scrape the top off of their grass mat with a razor blade (where they want the tracks), then cover with brown scatter mixed with PVA glue. But, I think mark packed the underneath of the mat out with newspaper to give it more depth first and just painted the tracks with brown paint
robertw1
on my old layout I was going to make someone mowing the lawn and cut static grass with a razor do you think it would have worked?
