BC Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 (edited) On Sunday I went out to Monymusk and Alford to the 30th Motorcycle Convention at teh Alford Transport Museum. I'm not really into bikes but being such a nice day and being a member of the museum I decided to go there hoping to catch some combines in that area but alas not. Anyway I only stayed for a hour and a half or so but I saw Mattie Griffin in action on two of his stunt bikes. Amazing but he must be stone mad to do what he does. There was also an 80 odd year old Sammy Miller on his 1957 V8 Mott Guzzi which I think the comentatory said had reach speeds of 178mph in its day which is amazing for a bike of that age.
