Fine cutting- plastic and die-cast

MuirHillyBilly

Question

What tools do people use when doing fine, awkward cutting of plastic or metal. For example what method/tools do you use for cutting out doors on tractors or cutting off a rear hitch housing? It is obviously easy to rough it and (in my case) end up breaking something but what super methods can you suggest?

recon so     might be good for the rear hitch removal mind ::)

the plasti strut stuff depends on shapes really, simple box / bars i just score with the knife and snap, little sand sorts and edges, fancy stuff i usally use a cheap multi angle lever blade i got of ebay for 5 quid basicly a stanley blade sat in a pull down lever, works pretty well so far
