  1. few hours this afternoon in between jobs for her indoors 😂😂😂 3 red ones done,1 x green ,1 blue on the table, and another in the booth in primer ,also 3 six tons awaiting a start .have done some test decals as well, but not as sharp as i want so back to the drawing board on those also got my first run of 8 ton versions of the printer as well, but they are upstairs safe, as i am running out of space
  2. wondered why my cousin was messaging me yesterday to keep an eye on the tns facebook page yesterday, turns out they have just added this ex demo mf8s265 to their pair of class axions. hes sort sort of sad as the mf8420 has been traded in on it.but i am promised a drive next time i get up there along with the a ions as well
  3. looks like a rebadged 1255 / 1455 to me,bar maybe the wheel size , wasnt the 956 was smaller than them
  4. just back from fitting two big windows 2.6 m x 1.3m ,at my brothers, both bedroom ones, bloody heavy compared to what came out . took longer to get the old ones out mind screwed. glued and some sort of resin holding them buggers in, 2 hours to get each one out ,about 35 mins to get the new ones back in
  5. while waiting for paint to dry on 2 trailers, and after assembling two others, i got round to sorting a scrap uh mf1250 chassis i had, been on the cards since i did the 1200, but until now i didnt have any wheels just tyres ,so printed a set up,rear end fitted witha replicagri 188 back end, and painted, door working, nothings fully fitted yet as a few bits to sort yet
  6. i think its for the garden/ floral sets, seen someone selling a full set on facebook recently and i am sure that one was in the bundle,
  7. i think you remove the 0 from your number, also thought it was the # not + ,so its #44 7843****** if that make sense sure thats i have used in the past
  8. uh massey 8270 extra on floats, wasn't. to keen at first ,looked a bit odd ,but i have the rest of the 82’s done and it was a good 20 quid cheaper than the others i have seen and keeps the collection complete as such
  9. got 4” of celotex insulation in the walls of the shed, and roof, and double glazed door and window,,saved them from my old porch when we did the extension, so once i get it warm it does stay like it,so hopefully once its hot ,i wont need to run it like the old one needed to,.either way,got to be warmer 😂😂😂
  10. i have a small ebraue ?? one on the way from b&q , meant to be eco rated ,and heats quick, sadly the daily delivery truck didnt make it today, as its on click and collect, have run out in store as its apparently pretty good.
  11. cheers james, as much as that woods not cheap it really does finish the trailers off, especially the ransomes ones, look just like the brouchure pics, have two more 6 ton ones primed up now, ,but the workshop heater didnt arrive today,so top coats on hold.need to decide on this timber or my cheaper option of the stained stuff for the final ones
  12. Hoses added and rear lights so All done bar decals , which i have ready just no paper to print them in yet
  13. just ordered a nice little workshop heater for the shed, after my old one decided it only like to produce cold air, had to go just as i wanted to do some painting didnt it 😂😂😂😂 was pretty a cr@p one i have to say
  14. will only be joining my collection to keep the range going, honestly can not belive by now they have not cottoned on to the fact they have the exhaust wrong, and agco are still letting them do it as well,i could live with that oversized air cleaner, measured model could have been pimped ,but the basics at least please
  15. hellsih busy week at work including 1 x 22 hour day and another at 18, but today off so small bit of timber work to relax in the shed with
  16. neither did i, certainly wasnt possible on the ender 9 fdm one. they are basically made out of 4 different prints, almost an airfix kit i guess.takes me about an hour to assemble them prior to paint, took an hour nearly to do just that planking ,so no way is that a selling option, the wood isnt that cheap at 25 odd quid either ,hence the other options being tested out
  17. splash of ransomes orwell blue, and some white gloss on the wheels and tamiya rubber black on the tyres, tyres went on really well despite the depth of the treads, which is good. a d finally seeing as these two will be mine, started some timber, if i sell some(5 ready to paint) they wont have this, its very time consuming to fit,and not cheap either compared to the other option
  18. the hardest bit of hydrogen i recon is making it, the project down here is a fair size, tanks being installed in yards, all underground, new tankers to transport it from the main depot to the sites, and 6000 odd vans being made. clearly they think its possible to be investing in it. our lot are sadly going leccy, nothing on the market yet that can deal with the distances we do, and more importantly the payload we need to carry all the kit,the best so far is the e-transit, but thats only 125 miles loaded they recon, and the load is only 300kg, which is barely enough to carry the roadworks guarding and barriers we need, let alone the items to build the network ,(current derv ones are 1200kg ish with the racking fitted) .theres talk of bare bodys in the back, but then we can not secure the loads properly or the expensive items we have like testers and splicers .the guys with the current ones (vauxhal varios,175kw) are constantly limited due to mileage limits, they all seem to be stuck in charging stations or queues for one. i know at present i can not have a leccy car at home ,as the network and substation that feeds the area can not cope with any more ,cables are to small to the houses and in between, so a huge capital expenditure to get it done . i think hydrogen will work, but again its outlay to get a network .
  19. looks a tidy print, is it all one piece or in parts for the body? nice to see some cornish engineering being done.
  20. means nothing to me ,but i guess it exolains the lack of new model pics this week 😂😂😂😂
  21. bmw are also ditching the full electric route and heavily investing in hydrogen as well, its basically nothing more that a different fuel tank, which can fit the current places , and a top end change of the engine, for gas injectors rather than liquid, so very little investment in new parts, as the bottom end of the engine and rest of the parts are all standard on the market bits. apparently there is a company setting up a hydrogen plant and refuling stations down this way for a big utillity company, not us ,who run 6000 odd vans, as they are going that way in a partnership with ford . electric will have its place, prob for short distance commuters moped’s ,even motorbikes ?? but for most people ,commercials and construction hydrogen is the only decent way forward giving ranges we need ,a quick fill up when empty and work times
  22. hell Cyril, you must have more 1/32 massey 300 series now than what came of the real life massey production line 😂😂😂😂😂😂
  23. did you get the leds to work properly in the end ?? saw your facebook post about it
