bigbear
After being a devoted Britains man for years, I've recently bought a number of vintage, but still new-in-box Siku tractors. They are great, except that the wire that runs from the base of the steering column to the front axle is sort of 'bubbled' where it has rested near, or on, the painted axle. I thought it was just a one off, but ALL of the old Sikus I bought are the same. It's only a minor problem, but is there a good way to fix this, please? I thought I might give it a gentle rub with some emery paper and then lay on a coat of clear varnish, but don't want to do this on all of the models... Any suggestions, please?
