Spey Valley Vintage Club Ploughing Match near Elgin Sunday 28 September 2014

Yesterday I attend the Spey Valley Vintage Ploughing Match on the outskirts of Elgin in Morayshire on a fine and dry and relatively warm day for the time of the year. I headed for home around 3.30 pm since the 4 judges were still wandering around the 25 plus plots so no results at this point I'm afraid.

A cunning looking method of loading a trailing plough into a box van...put a set of rubber wheels over the steel wheel hubs with a couple of clamps on the spokes
