CJ
I always do it right : :D right you have to cut down the chassis in front of the front axle and cut straight down in front of the bonnet then file down the sides to the correct width which is only a couple of mm if you look in my post you might get an idea of what im on about

fendt-man-matty
well i srayed the 7530 and 6920s rear linkage green, but ive got a pma hitch coming to me soon and it'll be going on the 7530. il post pics of the painted linkage later, it's drying at the moment so watch this space i hope to paint the hook yellow and fit a weight block for 3point linkage, and i might paint the cab lights silver enough to keep me busy

fendt-man-matty
haha spooky eh? one thing the 7530 linkage is looking great all srayed but the 6920s linkage isnt so great, i primed boths of them and for some reason you can slightly see the grey primer on it, but the 7530 is the right colour \ il maybe try another light coat for the 6920 linkage \
PDC
I use a fan heater in my shed to heat the shed first and then put the painted bits in front of it to dry ;) Using this method you can afford to use good thick coats of JD green :)
fendt-man-matty
well after the first coat of green i slightly put the hot gun on it and it started to bubble so i stopped, maybe just a hair dryer next time
