had some very big toys at college this week ;D

fendt 930

massy 8475

john deere 7920

john deere 7530 on row crops (no pics sadly)

we were doing some dyno testing on them

basicly for u that dont no testing hom many hp the are putting out of the pto

what collage is that and what course??? it dosent look like lackham or hartpury!

i seen a dyno tester at a jd openday you were ollowed to bring allong your tractor but we didnt! ;D ;D

its at myerscough college on the land based mechanisation or 'mech'

fendt 930= 311 hp

massy 8475 not sure but it was on stock hp

john deere 7920 = 180 hp

john deere 7530 = 240 hp

Nice pics, I've seen that Dyno test being done, The tractor wouldn't need to jump into gear while doing it tho  :D :D :D :D :D

That course your doing is it any good ??? I thinking of doing a simliar one over here

massey 8475 = not on there ???, or massey site???, around 290hp, the MF 8470 is 290hp

Very interesting but that 7530 shouldnt be pumping out that much its been tweaked :D :D  And 7920 nothing to say apart from we all know its a poor tractor anyway :D :D

you should have heard the roar on that fendt when the dyno took it down

i nearly wet myself haha ;D

:D :D :D :D When i watched it being done it was on a JD, when they turned the dyno off there was no one in the cab and i thought the JD was away  :D :D :D :D :D

well weve got a jd 6920's and thats a 160hp so the 7920 being suposedley 180hp there is only 20hp difference and there is the 7720 and the 7820 in the middle so they would averege

6920's = 160

7720  = 167

7820  = 174

7920  = 180

I always thought the 79 was supposed to boost to in region of 240hp ??? ???

my mate has a 7920 a 7530 and an 8530 the 7920 when put on the dino tester was puting out 240 at the shaft and the 7530 only 190 thats why i asked.
