You can use inkjet printers but you have to use a sealant on the decals. I use an acrylic spray as soon as the sheet comes out of the printer.

This is the clear stuff that I use for my Decals, all done with an inkjet printer. You don't need to fix the printing with laquer on this either unless you are intending to use them outside or using a laser printer. All his paper is self adhesive so saves the hassle of waterslide
