PDC
After building myself lots of John Deere's lately I thought I would have a change and build a NH TM155 The start...... a Britains NH TSA chassis and a Britains 8560/TM165
PDC
A little bit of work is required on the TSA chassis, mainly on top of the engine to enable the cross brace on the lower bonnet to fit
PDC
The TM bonnet doesn't need much work just the dash removed from the upper part and the end boxing in on the lower part ;) I have glued a UH Deutz TTV dash to the lower bonnet The floorpan requires a lot of work the underside need building up so it will sit 'right' on the chassis, i've lined the interior with 0.5mm plasticard and made mudguard extensions from 1mm plasticard Seat is from a TTV with a right-hand armrest instead of a 'control-arm'

Simon
Now what are you going to do with that dreadful style of cab Britains insisted codging onto some reasonable models for a couple of years? They ruined the 6635/TL/6180 [6150?!] 8360 & TM's with those external glazing things. Show us how it should have been done Paul!

Show us how it should have been done Paul! there is not alot you can do with that cab, tried a couple of things to get it right but sometimes looks worse than when you started. great conversion you have coming on paul? if you want to make a 190 or 175 you can use a dremmel to take out the arches bit, plus it will look more like the real thing aswell. I have just gone around the edges of the cab glass with a chisel-tip permanant marker pen in an attempt to make the cab look better \ \ \
Simon
Massive improvement already Paul. Could you run a hot stanley blade around the cab frame structure to give some relief?
