Powerfarm TW 35 rear wheels

The dreaded wheel melt has started on my TW 35's rear wheels  

Can anyone tell me how to remove them - do they just pull off??  and also, are these type of wheels specific to the powerfarm TW 35's - if not what other donor tractors wheels could I use ?

mine just pulled of from memory they do match other tractors to, some of the early mf2680's and renaults 145's i think, only difference i can remember is the tw35's have square axles so the goc inside has something to crip, the others have round hub reciving points,but the long inner and short other side centers all match
