Thanks Timmy B.. I actually have a cute little button nose mate.. in fact I won "UK Hooter of the Year" 1983.. 84... 85.... 86... 87..... 89 (was on holiday in 88)... 90... 91.... 92... 93..... 94.... 96 (had a cold in 95)... 97... 98.... 99..... "Nose of the milenium".... 01... 02...03...04...05.... 06.... well we'll wait and see who is this years winner I guess... I don;t like to count my chickens before they hatch
As for wheelies... don;t be so blooming irresponsible young man - Grow up will you
Pssstt... Timmy... how do you do them ?
Seeing as you feel that way, I have only done a wheelie on the BEETie mobile 3x...honest!
Try adding a trailer with weights in it on the back and popping the clutch, doing wheelies as I used to do on a neighbours mower will for sure damage the gearbox.

Nice pictures Marky, looks like you had a pretty good day out. One question though, have you had nose surgery recently? I thought that your konk was about three times larger than the one in the picture :D
Not long until you will be bringing her up to BEETie's farm for a proper font axle break in with a few wheelies :D

- You know how the Osterich works Tim don't you :D
As for the crawler... my guess is... it keeps the rams closed... so they don't get rusty
Thought so :D
Seems like a reasonable explanation mate, he is always looking to save money so he does not have to replace parts. Most of his equipment dates back to the 60s and 70s, so getting new parts can often be hard to find or expensive to purchase.

Nice pics Timmy B... I especially like the dozer... Why have they left her blade stuck up in the air mate
Thanks mate...to be honest I am not sure why he left the arms stuck up in the air, it is very unlike him, or anyone I know for that matter to do so. My guess is that the dozer probably died while he was using it, and he forgot to lower the boom after he was done towing it. I will have ask him next time I see him.
Did you get my PM by the way mate?

Another cool day, sunny out but only 3 degrees. Hopefully this will be the last of the winter weather.
-
Nice work Mark...ought to be handy for hauling on the farm.

1) Another view of the crawler
Last ones for now, I will try to bring my camera with me so I can update this topic more often. I will try my best to answer any questions you may have.

1) Ford 1720 with loader spotted in Boston
2) An old Allis Chalmers crawler spotted in the brush at my uncle's farm, has to have been a good 10 years since I saw it run.
-
1) A crawler, also spotted at the tree farm. The crawler looked like an International, but I did not see any decals anywhere on it.
2) Farmall 140 on a display at the New England spring flower show.
-
I decided to put a few of the pictures I took recently into one topic for anyone who is interested. Note that some of the pictures are not that great as I was in a hurry.
1) An Allis Chalmers C spotted at a Christmas tree farm when going to get the Christmas tree in late November.
2) A compact Vermeer utility tractor, also spotted at the Christmas tree farm.

Cloudy and cool here today, the temperature stayed around 4 degrees for most of the day.

It arrives here in the UK next week I believe... so yes "old big konk" will be getting one
Has it arrived on your side of the world yet Marky? I was going to try to pick one up when it gets released.

Some more great progress mate, that trailer ought to do a good job transporting around Burrow Farm's tractors.
What have you been doing or plan on doing today?

Reverse it then jam it in full speed forward, you should be able to pull a wheelie then :D
