Not 100% sure but I think the excel come with extra standard like the autodrive and datatronic extra lights etc.

Can not compare the 7480 to the 6290 just in a different league first impression on the 7480 are execellent

been the backbone for the last 11 years the one in the photos has done around 8000hrs and we have a y reg with 12000 hrs have great respect for the 6290s
