  1. did it look like this??????????

    Picture_012.jpg

if so i dont have much info, but back in the day around the 90s i used one very simillar, it was a local farms main spreader which we borrowed when ours were out on contract. wasnt the greatest spreader but it was simple and used no power, i towed it using a valmet 755. and i remember the floor drags kept slipping meaning no muck would spread, otherwise they still have it now after 2 floor repairs. please note the ne on the pic is the modern metal side version.....

hope this helps........ feel free to ask more..........

  2. hi bill, ive thought about this for many years, everytime i see a programm like 'how its made' i always think it would be great if they did this at an ertl factory etc. is there any pictures available of the models being produced (even if they are slightly old) or if there isnt just a suggestion

you could write a book, or even produce a calendar with a picture of production, and a small picture of the finished product.

    thanks......................

    sven.......

  3. hi all, heres a few of my latest conversions

my mf on the cottage farm didnt have a cab, the cold winters are not too long away, so with a right bodge up. i fitted my old mf cab on, it does the job.

one for ihp and nathan, i converted the harrow so it could be fitted on britains/siku and lonestar models.

a quick flatbed conversion, the flatbed was a newray jcb box trailer but i took the box of. now ive fitted a dolly axel.

the farms old britains three furrow proved to be too small for there now modener tractors, so with an old broken lemkin plough i made it into a four thurrow conventional.

    well thats them all.........

  4. does it actually exist? im only taking what gareth said in my older models post.........

I think my earliest catalkogue is about 1992 [?] will have to check - it contains such things as a [not badged - but liveried] mengele foragfe wagon - ,. a red DF M36.10 maize combine - , MB tracs in various guises including red, renault tx 14514,  deutz fahr rake, and TRAILED FORAGER etc etc etc.

    anyone help? PLEASE!

  5. like theyve said, its an older one, which would not of come as a set but with a tractor. the blue ones (ransomes) are the newer ones which did come as a set of three, reversible set.

    hope this is clearer.

and no, its not very rare.

but its still worth a couple a bob.

  7. hi, nice layout, but its to cramped, you need to make it bigger, and you need some machinery (ie, a keenen feeder would make a treat on youre farm) good luck....
