  1. baby bunning muckspreader on flotation tyres.............anybody out there ever made the rear augers ,.....if so, would be very grateful for some advice.

  3. all finished now,awaiting collection for painting,(he can do that part!) ready when you are mr.c
  4. the good old "swann morton" family of scalpels,good set of needle files and the trusty old dremel,..........but most importantly,plenty of patience
  5. open for business in the cornwall/newquay area till week this sat,if youre passin through
  6. smelly wanted to make something, so for his first scratch build he was told to choose something nice and simple from the "albutt" catalogue. he chose the high capacity muck/silage fork with hardox tines must admit this was a joint effort 75% smelly 25% fergus, fergus drilled the holes, offered advice on measurements, and glued the tiny bars in the back of the fork. smelly done the rest. Craisy's buckets will be featured shortly, when i have let her out of the shed she has been locked in for the past few days ;D ;D ;D
  7. just a short topic, Massey Boy brought his loadall down to me yesterday and we decided it needed a proper carriage made for it. the progress so far: old carriage and ram stem off carriage made to the same size as the joal loadall, so that all attachments can be used on both machines new plates offered up plates glued together on machine not much left to do now,apart from alter the blooming date on that camera ;) ;D Oh, by the way, the strawchopper was left in the background for simon to drool over again. ;D ;D ;D
  8. cerin found a 788 operators manual on ebay at this moment, starting bid of 29.99. 35 quid for the complete set........................ i've just spat the armbone out!!
  9. Now then, now then,...getting back on TOPIC ,Marky,Cerin and big sis,................Mr.Gibbard came up with the whole set of manuals this evening. He spent an hour or three this morning excavating through one of his many stores,and hey presto, he found a massey 788 box!! So, there we are,job done,arm bitten off........(35 quid for the whole set,and postage),and a blooming numpty to boot!. Many thanks Marky, I will be posting again shortly for some bale wrapper help. Pssst, .....Marky, I will send you a drink up with cerin at the weekend.

  18. A good friend of mine down here in sussex has just purchased a massey ferguson 788 combine(tanker),for a restoration project. It was purchased somewhere in Norfolk and lorried down here last week.It came with quite an abundance of spare parts although one vital part,to make it "complete", was missing.......the operators handbook. Is there anyone out there who can help, who knows the whereabouts of a manual,or is willing to let a copy be scanned.
