  4. Chuffed with BT I have to say! Can't see what speed the PC is connected at - wired. The lappy is 54Mbps!
  5. Rang up BT two days ago - told then I could get a better deal elsewhere. Got my package upgraded and asked for a wireless router as mine was so out of date!! After a bit of persuading I've now got a free!! BT home hub. Connected it all up this afternoon, after 4 hours of swearing we now have wireless internet!! This is my first ever post from the lappy wireless!! I know most of you all have this already, but I'm chuffed to bits I finally got it going! It was ok after I stopped trying to connect to next doors hub! :D
  6. Brand new Vapourmatic part - after 30 mins!
  7. In relation to 3 above. My exhaust was a silver colour. When I replaced it I got a white exahust - the paint on this lasted about 10 mins before it discoloured and has now blisetered of - see BGU now owns a tractor.
  8. Mrs BGU dropped two litres of frozen milk on to her foot and was in agony. Me " Well at least you put ice on it straight away" :D Well I thought it was funny! Sleeping in the spare bed for the rest of the month now!
  9. Nothing to update I'm afraid. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't been to see her for about 2 weeks as I've been busy decorating! I'm waiting for Shirley to start her hay making - in one very small field only. I am then supposed to be helping with Penny. I don't know yet what it will be, but definitely not baling as she is using her big Krone round baler!! :D I must get up there and change the petrol tank so that I can travel more than 4 miles without running out!!
  10. BGU's John Deere tractor money box - for the third time this year!!! This time not only the exhaust is broken off but a rear wheel arch too!

  19. I accept the Numpty with good grace because I made a mistake! However I got the details originally from a table on FoFH, which is not clear and I misread!
  20. Manufacturing date I don't know yet. She has only had one owner - that was the Grandfather In Law of Shirley who I bought her from!
  21. I must be going mad!!! (Don't answer that Simon!) :D I have always thought Penny was an FE35 - I know they are grey & Gold, but that's what the serial worked out at. I have just received my FoFH Mag today and it has a list of serials in it. Penny is SKM S= Normal Width chassis K= Petrol/TVO standard engine M= Dual Clutch and her serial is between 171471-220613 which is 1960 (Correct - reg April 1960) and relates to an MF35! Why didn't someone tell me to avoid my embarrassment?
  22. Today we went to the Submarine Museum at Gosport. I have to say that it is the best museum that I have ever been to. It catered for young and old alike. The tour throught the WWII sub was superb!
