this DB 990 i came across by chance at a local farm when i was a farm contractor ....... i found it abandoned and looking somewhat sad in the corner of a field thus after coaxing the engine to life ( had to use easy start AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH) and paying the farmer scrap price it found its way to my employers yard where after a 4 hour steam clean it looked thus ...... twas at this point i wondered what the hell i had let myself in for it was more a case of what actually worked than what didnt ... no hydraulics worked, no power steering sytem working ( yes i did liken it to a damn tank and after a rather hair raising road test decided i really should do something about getting some work started on it ), the brakes were somewhat useless and the seat was about ready for the scrap my ever present father just shook his head and walked away

done all my xmas shopping last week ... pays to not have to fight my way throo the town centre in the run up to xmas MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH im just thinking about getting the xmas tree strategically positioned in the corner of the room and attacking it with lights, tinsel etc

yeah im definately blue blooded when it comes to tractors i love my fords / new hollands

that looks like an epic reconstruction project to me seriously ... i have had 2 or 3 in the past and never had that problem

is it the old red and yellow one with th ebeaters at the back and th ebelt down its length that you need ?

my latest one is the bamfords BL58 baler MIB interestingly enough i used to own a real BL58 my dad always called it the yellow peril ... nobody only me was brave enough to operate it but then ... it was normal for bits of it to fly off while it was in action

AAAAAAAARRRGGGGGGHHHHHH TOOOOOO MANY QUESTIONS my favourite model has to be my powerfarm TW35 MIB since its nigh on immaculate and just so damn sweet ive been on the hunt for a powerfarm county its taken me a while but i think ive found one that fits my very very fussy bill * just need to sell my soul and i can own it *= im extremely fussy about the condition of the boxes and toys ... anything less than a C8.5 - C9 has no place in my collection

hi all im a britains collector from eastern lancashire in england i work in a livestock auction as well as on a farm and on top of both of those i run my own farm too i collect mostly MIB britains from the 60s to the early 2000s and i have around 80 MIB ers ( which i will post pics of in the relevant threads when i find said thread ) i also own and run 2 david browns on my own farm ( both 990s ... one implematic and one selectamatic ... again pics to follow when i find the right thread ) my other interests is i have a small collection of transformers toys ranging from the origanal 1984 ones up to the recent movie ones i have a seriously keen sense of humour so i hope youre prepared
