i got the tractor for chistmas 2004 and i got another battery as well so that i had 2 but one didnt work so i got it replaced and a few month ago one just stoped working but the green light was on when i was charging it but when i put it in the tractor and turned it on the lights on the tractor didnt flash and nothing happened and now the other one had a full charge and it only ran for 10 sec. and i have now put it on charge and the green light dosent flash

i wish that siku would make a better battery for the siku control range coz i just gave mine a full charge and i was then gona use it for silage carting and i managed to reverse so i could get it though the gate of my farm and the battery went dead.

so in short it went dead after under 10 sec

i would like to see a better battery that will last longer and be cheaper

the 5 steps to make a model farm

1)find some were to to biuld your farm,

2)buy every thing you want on your farm,

3)build your farm,

4)forget about farm,

5)move house and retern to step one.

please add all the tips and tricks that you know on how to make a model farm

1) use strips of carpet tiles turned upside down for roads (only works if the under side is black or dark gray)

2) use saw dust as maize silage

im doing some test casts making some fert bags

the only reason i was asking with the jd is because i wanted to find the easyest way to do the conversion

but on this as far as i know no one has done one befor so i have to try, try and try again and i hope i will end up proving people wrong

ill hire one as well please ;D

im gona take a few short cuts on it though

use a britains folding cultivator for the tines and i will cast some roles but they will be solid all the same

im trying to find a hudrolic ram that is the right size to go on the back to lift the wheels up

dont expect any thing magnificent as this is my first go at making one

this is going to be my summer project, but intill then i am converting my sisters old room into a farm

could you please give me some tips on resin carsting and how to make a good mold so then i can get to work on my kongskilde

the resin should arive tommorow and then i will start on making some test bits

if any one has some tips on resin carsting then please sher them with me

im in year 10 so i have all my exams next year

i was then cutting some bits off the tractor to fit siku links and i go thalf way though and the blade snappen so im not a happey bunny at the mo as that was my last blade so i will need to see when my dad can get some more

sorry was in a rush i ment 29th of may coz im got some time off

will have a go when i get some resin and when i have a bit of spare time

it is most likley that i will start on the 29

i am going to ave a shot a making a kongskilde germinator during my summer hols and at the moment i am making scale drawings that i will make the molds to for when i make the resin carsts that willl be 5 mm wide with 1.6 mm diameter wire in it to help reinforce it.

i have not see a scale model of one befor so thats why i want to try to make one so can i please ask that no one else makes one untill i have made one i predict to have it finished around end of august because this is my first scrach built model.

they dont need me to smash them they break on the own  ;D

but i still cant think of what to do

i have a big project in mind (big for me any way) but i need to see what i have and what i will need to make out of resin im not going to say what it is right now but i realy want one and i cant rember seeing a model of one befor but i will start making that in the summer hols if i can get the stuff.

can somone just tell me somthing to make because i just want to have somthing to do tomorowapart from drilling rivits and replacing them with aluminium ones so they are easyer to drill if i want to convert them in the future just say some things and i will choose the one i like the best

i used siku jd 6920 rear rims with fendt 930 tyres and for the frount i just changed the tyres with jd 6920 ones bu ti am going to change the front rims with 6920 ones when i get another one

it must be possiable coz jd just took of the wheels and added tracks and a couple of other ethings like the steps but it would cost quite a bit
