  1. You have made a mighty fine job of those. I have been fiddling about with bits and bits trying to do these for ages now, I have even been having a go tonight and I look on here and you have gone and cracked it. Lovely stuff.
  2. Looks very good mate. Garages are meant for model farms fella, chuck the car outside.
  3. Brilliant Brillant just love it. Love the shelving and all of the bits and bobs. Well done fella.
  4. Thanks for the comments everyone about my buildings. The brushwood ones look fine for children but for us collectors mine and other people that make them on here probably suit better. P.S. Smallclaas will send that later.
  5. It's looking good mate. It's just like a shufflebottom or robinson steel frame buildings. Get in there!
  6. It's looking good mate. I like your hip roof on your workshop.
  7. As soon as I had finished Kentmans, I just got on and made it. Probably took about two weeks. I'm not so sure about that god stuff udi, but thanks for the great comments.
  8. Thanks for all your comments. The baseboard was 24" long x 21" wide. What's wrong with the team I support then. I think they are brill.
  9. It takes three weeks of mornings, evenings and weekends and every bit of spare time is spent on it. I don't find it a chore but I think my partner does at times. I thoroughly enjoy making them and get pleasure out of doing it. But if they are any bigger then it would take a bit longer. I am thinking of doing a complete farm setup.
  10. :)Cheers for that Deerest. Your buildings are just as pleasing as mine. Look forward to seeing your finished workshop. Did you have a good holiday.
  11. I haven't got a setup at the moment, but have had and will have another one. It would be based on an organic dairy farm that I put a milking parlour in last summer in Sussex. I did have all my models on show in my shed but got a bit worried about losing them so have brought them all in the house and just haven't got the room to show them at the moment.
  12. Don't know whether Tris has still got one, but you can get them from Arcane scenery and models. I hope this helps mate.
  13. Yes it is one of the italeri kits. Thanks for posting Sean. I added the britains man with the hammer, The oxygen and acytelene pipes and burner compressor hose and the chains for the lifting hoists. Other than that the rest was from the kit.
  14. No I never knew this site existed. But I am pleased that I have found it and enjoy reading all the comments. Especially about the conversions that you all do and the farming that goes on. It's like a sweetshop to me.
  15. I made this layout for my 3 boys about 10 years ago, but think I had more fun with it than they did. Have made numerous layouts since and never took any pics. The last one I had was a 200 cow dairy unit with rotary parlour but have not pics. I think I am a numpty.
  16. Thanks for that mate. I managed to find some pictures of your milking parlour it's looking great. I see you have a website but is it up and running yet.
