Ok thanks for the laugh james.
So the best i can do is is a 6910 then? how do i do that?
Im sure i saw on here sumwhere on here some one used 2 6410s and got the length of a 7810 and used a siku front axle and it looked pretty good. I could have my wires crossed tho

Yay finaly a day of sun i just got home from power harrowing in front of the maize drill so my mate can get some of his crop in ( he normaly has it in by the 15th of November) but hes only just started ( been way to wet)

I had a bad day to day I let my self willing and unpaid drive a tractor that i realy dont like. I dont know what came over me to turn down a JD for a fergy 6290. What has happend to me?
So where can i get a 6290 model?

Im thinking the paint fuems are starting to hit me from sanding this model up. i love how it looks so realistic (well the floor any way) with teh carpet and door mats. clever thinking. that might be the better bet to do my pics. But i like having a play in the dirt with mine.
Prehaps you are right i do need to get out more :

That looks realy good. Now i know what to do with the one i have in the draw. I love the crop you have are they seasonal crop or do they just grow all year round?

Chris, whats the difference in the 6920 and the 6920s??
If Memory serves me right the S model has a steepless Transmision against the 6920 having power quad or auto quad. I could be wrong so correct me if i am. Hope that helps you F-P

Its totaly crap here wind and rain. so much for silage season . It just wont dry out fast enough for me to get out and do my ground work pics [ :'(

Looking damn good there gav. Thanks for doing it. How much are we looking at poted to NZ? it looks like my old set damn spot on. i use to tow two sets of tripple rolls (the second set had a seed box) and i drilled grass on to sand country. we shifed a few hills at my old job and the direct drill wasnt working the best. we found best results with this set up and we also drilled turnips and kale. worked a treat. if you want i can find a pic of a set in use
-
a few worked up hills would look at home Nick.
Ill see what i can do. but unfourntly you dont get to much maize on hills. but i have the tracked gear to handle hills so i might have to change my crop. i just need the rain to stop so i can get out side and do the pics. when is the dead line?
-
As soon as we get somr sun and dry up ill dust the dirt gear of and get into it. just need to buy a seed drill 1st:S
-
Hey im usesing 2inch long downer cow needles for my rakes. they have a super sliced point and are stainless and hollow. they dont look to bad. when i run out i just go to the vets and get some more. Just my way of doing them. hope it gives you some ideas
-
Damn that is nice. I love it with the over size tyres. Can was it hard to do ? can you put up a pic of how the axle was done?
-
-
At a guess id say it is a sludge or irigation pump i could be wrong tho

You could do that, or what about the crumbler rollers from the lemken Gigant... are they big enough? \
I never thourght of that model. i dont have it in my colection yet so i might just go cut up one of my rollers and try the brass rod. ill post a pic when i have done it. I was thinking the siku rollers becouse it has the frame for the folding up of the rear crumbler??
