  1. Yay finaly a day of sun :) i just got home from power harrowing in front of the maize drill so my mate  can get some of his crop in ( he normaly has it in by the 15th of November) but hes only just started ( been way to wet)

  2. Hey guys i have a mate that just came back from aussie and he recons he was driving a JD8240 wheeled tractor. Could there be any truth with this or has he just gone dislexic??

    Does any one have pics?

  3. :o :o GOD damn those are some nice pics. starts to look like home for me. sitting in a tractor on steed ground. its wonderfull. Notice what is ben used? i wonder why a chally ant been used as i thourght they were desinged for that or are the for flat mainly?
  4. Looking damn good there gav. Thanks for doing it. How much are we looking at poted to NZ? it looks like my old set damn spot on. i use to tow two sets of tripple rolls (the second set had a seed box) and i drilled grass on to sand country. we shifed a few hills at my old job and the direct drill wasnt working the best. we found best results with this set up and we also drilled turnips and kale. worked a treat. if you want i can find a pic of a set in use

  5. a few worked up hills would look at home Nick.  :)

Ill see what i can do. but unfourntly you dont get to much maize on hills. but i have the tracked gear to handle hills so i might have to change my crop. i just need the rain to stop so i can get out side and do the pics. when is the dead line?

  6. You could do that, or what about the crumbler rollers from the lemken Gigant... are they big enough?  :-\

I never thourght of that model. i dont have it in my colection yet so i might just go cut up one of my rollers and try the brass rod. ill post a pic when i have done it. I was thinking the siku rollers becouse it has the frame for the folding up of the rear crumbler??
