Before I get the sledge out, what way does that bloody bonnet come off, Im pulling and prising the bonnet from the engine block but its not giving!
I've always been a fan of using a sledge on John Deere's. 😂

I see the Pacton container trailer is now available (at €115) as well as the 20ft containers (€41.90) and 40ft containers (€51.90).
The containers are also available in kit form (in white) for those who want to decal them up (like me. My Dad worked for Bell Lines at one stage, so want to get some decalled up in their colours)

That's made my day.
Something to put behind the Roadless Super Major to make it grunt.

Am I correct in thinking that they are using tooling what was originally in Banner Lane back in the day?

One of the most amazingly detailed dioramas I have seen.

When is Carrickdale coming up?

I got 175 decals last year to convert mine.
Would much prefer if Replicagri made a 175 themseoves (without the air filter - not worried about the wheelbase)

I think it was about 20 years ago.
Where does the time go?
I remember a number of us travelled over to Spalding around that time and some of the lads stopped off to see the diorama as it was close to their route to the show.- 1

These two can be found on eBay every so often, if you want an 80s/90s pick up.
I believe the moulds are now owned by https://atlantis-models.com , so there is a possibility they could be reissued at some stage

It's on my watch list as well.

They had an unbelievable diorama back about 20+ years ago. Much of it with hand made models.

The reason Deere were on strike was that the company were trying to mandate the covid jabs, understandably not everyone working there wanted to have one. Hindsight is increasingly proving they were right to refuse it. Many organisations are now openly taking back staff sacked for refusing the jabs, and rightly so, they should be fully compensated in my view.
Why would they be right to refuse a vaccine for a very debilitating virus?
Whatever about someone not wanting to protect themselves and their families, they have no place in a work environment where they could infect their colleagues, including colleagues who are either immune compromised themselves or have family members who are immune compromised.
Compensate them with a P45 and give them the door.- 1

Yes, but looks even better again in red and white.

I work in a Dealership that sells NH, (I work in ground care) and I can only say I've seen a T8 Smartrax twice on the premises. Not a very good seller compared to the T7HD.
The T8 is too heavy. That's why they developed the T7 HD to fill that gap. It worked, so now they have increased the power of the HD to 340hp.

They were made by MiniAgriPassion in Belgium back around 2020. A very simple and straightforward model to build.
It's not showing on their website now though, although there is a new kit for a 6m header.

Closer to home, I could imagine Olly Harrison trying that up Liverpool way.
He did a comparison between the turning circle of a Xerion and a Quad-Trac last week.- 1

Just thinking, you could easily remove the new NH UH models cab and fenders and replace them with the current T7225 models and rebadge it 7.270 and voila!! you have the model they missed last time round.
Mind you I wouldn't bother as the new machines are much nicer than the outgoing ones.
That would get you most of the way, but you'd still have to swap smaller wheels. The T7.300 has taller wheels than the T7.270

Two high sided Ransomes are on my wish list. I kept putting them off until it was too late.

I remember a local beet haulier (and tillage farmer) bought the first FIECO cabbed 7600 I remember seeing back in the day. It had a front loader and was used to lift the beet from the heaps into the Armor Salmon cleaner loader.
Big bucket on the front, big counter weight on the back, rutted ground frozen solid, an unsympathetic tractor driver = tractor split in half at the bell housing.
