thanks. it is made of 0.5mm steel sheet cut by hand.
to make this i used a junior hack soar, a pair of tinsnips, files and a punch.

nice tractor!
just a little idea for it to look even better is to cut off that steering "knob" of the cabin and filling the hole.

or you can also use coco powder but that is more expensive...

i use earth that i dry and put through an old cooking sieve.

if you want to build the tank from scratch, use an aerosol can cut both ends of turn the rounded end round, fix it on and take an other one of an other aerosol can to do the other end. With this method you can do any tanker being as there are loads of different sizes.

sorry i took a long time to reply... The netting is made with sewing thread.

to make the tyre tracks you have to lay down a thin layer of plaster, make the weels of an old toy tractor and rolle it over the plaster, once the plaster is set you paint it brown, and put the "grass" on.

no problem I can do a photo strait away with a tractor and a few bales, in its furture place on the farm.

thanks everybody, you motivate to get back to work on it i think the next step is electricitie and gutters, then i will start making all the bales it will hold...lots of work on the horrizon!

it would probably be impossible anyway to cast 0.5mm thickness with resin, it would break. If they where a few produced, anybody interested?
