  1. I've just ordered my mother in law one of those things to hang around her neck... although I may replace the string for barbed wire... and remove the batteries  :D :D ;D

I always remember the quote on the sleeve of The Who album Quadrophenia, "Nothing in this album is meant to resemble any person either living or dead, especially our Mums and Dads who are all very nice and live in bungalows that we bought for them in the Outer Hebrides"

    ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

  2. I have a JD6200 that is in need of restoration as the paint on the bonnet has flaked quite badly. I intend to rub it down and then re paint it. I can get the paint from the local JD dealer for about ?8.50 but what is the best type of primer to use? Also, if I damage the decals is there anywhere I can get any more?

  4. I have several questions....

Which company made the white box like cabs that were fitted to the 1174 and 1184 tractors?

Which ford tractor was the 1174 based on?

I know that only 20 1884 countys were made but does anyone know how many 1174s and 1184s?

    Cheers

    Richard

If you can't get an answer on here then I would suggest that you go onto www.britishfarmingforum.co.uk and ask on there. They have a resident County expert JimF who not only will be able to tell you everything you need to know he will also have all the serial numbers for every County tractor ever made

  5. For some reason I registered for this forum yonks ago when the site came up as "under construction" and I completely forgot about it after that, I spend most of my time on The British Farming Forum and I recognise a few names  ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

My Ebay name is almost the same as the name on here, I am robbo2011 on there.

I have had a few models from Doctordan5dinkeytoys and Toptractoruk and I am watching some from Udimore at the moment, just hope the price doesn't rise too far :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
