Udimore
got to be carefull when displaying them on a shelf . When i was younger i used to have all my tractors on a shelf but if you have any white showing ,like the ford cabs & wheels or the massey reds the colour fades ruining the model the red turns pink & the white gets very creamy ,so far as to say my County 1884 has severe discolouring to one side ? i've never found that problem with mine mjb1 inyeresting comments must bear those in mind
MJB1
i've never found that problem with mine mjb1 inyeresting comments must bear those in mind to be more specific don't let bright light or the sunlight get to them as it bleaches the plastic :(

MJB1
notice how creamy the cab & side panel are ? the other side was always in the shade so is the same colour white all over you can also see where bits of the wheels have caught the sun \
Udimore
Yeaps see what you mean, remains a great item though
MJB1
this is the reason the majority of 6600 fords on e-bay, the cabs & wheels are yellow it might have the advantage of never been played with & only displayed but when they're on display they got more chance of being bleached by the sun \
jacktrac
I think if they stay in direct sunlight they are the colours ar bound to merge and fade but if kept in shade they should keep fine ! Mine are all alrite after all this time !!
