B O R
Having had a few requests to build these, ive recently been working on 3 x GREENLAND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS slurry umbilical systems.Mainly brass construction. Ive done 2 x big systems which consists of front and rear reels and hydraulic fold down dribble booms and 1 x rear reel only and non folding down dribble booms..I still have a bit to do to them but here,s some pictures of the progress. Deere-est
Very nice machinery and yet again, the workings in brass are just exceptional especially on the spreading end of the kit.

Tractorman810
another tidy build there brian, only seen one system like that being used this way, last year infact, for the water baord ,how easy do you find working in brass then?? i would like to get into that at some point
B O R
brass is painstakingly slow to work with and expensive to buy,but it lets me go anywhere i want with complex builds.in the case of this system the brass has given the whole model immense strenght which i always aim for but its frustrating asa everything has to be spotless working with solder

B O R
now ill leave you with a system id much prefer to spend the day on........ill not be keeping an umbilical but im definatly keeping this
B O R
my umbical system as can be seen from early picture is mainly of brass construction.the model is very strong and built for years of use and enjoyment..but care will be needed from customers of this system when reeling and unreeling the hose as it requires patience and respect for such a model....i thought i important to point this out as its far from a toy
B O R
im behind schedule getting it finished and i kept myself very late for minitrac getting it ready at all but better late than never, now on with the next newbies
