Cheers Colm, yep a fair bit of Spring Barley and OSR gone around here now - although me and the boss were speaking to a lad last night who called it quits as it wasn't quite right yet. pistol pete Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 Martin saw the 83 working up near the forfar motrose cross roads with the case combine parked up last week as well. dont think there will be much combining up here for a good few days as it has just piddled with rain for about 6 hrs. How's the harvest with you lads? Anything that is ripe is cut - waiting on more to ripen in that we will be keeping for feeding to our own cattle. Barley is very uneven ripening in this year.
