Glue Fog

Mickheff89

Question

Hi, little help required, I do my own conversions and have always used super glue but it sometimes fogs up windows on the models. Is there anyway to get rid of the fog? Also if you use a specialised glue for handrails and mirrors etc, what brand and where available?

Thanks

:) This stuff has just had a good write up in Truck Model World, they used it to glue clear plastic windows into a model truck, deliberately handled the "glass" to cover it in finger print's,and they just polished off after the glue had set, leaveing no fog what so ever, same company makes a powder you can use to fill holes in resin casting's,just fill hole with powder, then apply glue, job's a goodun, apparently,

Hi Sean,have you done that test yet  ;) ,I bought a bottle of that Filla-Glue,it's good stuff,doesn't burn the paint,and it's reasonably priced £ 6.34 + £ 1.50 postage for 20 gram's,better than £ 3.50 for 3 grams from local ironmonger,
