DBfan
Paul did a great job on that model to be built from scratch
MODELFARMER
the actual size of hole on the dryers vary depending on crop requirements and spec but wheat oats and barley is 7/16th holes so on a model it'd be impossible to paint true scale ones but basically as small as you possibly can is what you want if you can see through to the insides still it be fine i think
robertw1
what about the netting you get in fabric shops the holes are about 1mm/2mm

Barry
Is this sort of mesh in all oil filters?
piper28
Love the look of the dryer made by Paul. I was thinking along the lines of a building with ladders climbing up to bins etc. I am a complete novice when it comes to working out scale and using plastruct so am not quite sure where to begin.
