tractortim
yeah we definatly had some fun my father had a mf 200 forager when they were new it arrived with a 595 2wd tractor it was not a lot of use really due toits american design it chops the grass then augers it across the machine before blowing it up the spout so was quite prone to blocking up in damp grass .We then had a mf 260 on the 2640 then progressed to a new holland

Tractorman810
blimey the marston spreader looks hellish low on the tow eye??? not a lot of ground clearance there. some great pics mate , i dont think i have ever seen one of those mf 30 drill trailers in the flesh before, despite all the drills i have seen arround

tractortim
blimey the marston spreader looks hellish low on the tow eye??? not a lot of ground clearance there. some great pics mate , i dont think i have ever seen one of those mf 30 drill trailers in the flesh before, despite all the drills i have seen arround yeah it s hung from the standard 600 series pickup hitch which were always a bit low for my liking i think some one has welded a new ring on the spreader on top of the drawbar rather than under it so thats made it lower anyway the drill trailer i've seen the brochure but never one in the flesh ideal for transporting the drill about much easier than my reekie low load trailer thats long wobbly and a bugger to swing off the road and into a field
Tractorman810
i have only ever seen a few on end tow wheels and eye, which is whats being made in the shed at present ,most others i have seen on the road were indeed on standard flat beds
