tried putting sand, and even talc into the inner, but it doesnt seem to work the same as on copper pipe , i dont do it that often, but guess blakey boy does, so may be he can give us a tip ,

Yeah you can get away with a little bend in tube, less than 30 degrees or so. Anything after that and it just kinks..

If I'm bending a 90 degree corner, I'll always use solid, even if its just for the bend then join it to tube of same dia.

I do it in stages, never do all 90 degrees in one go. Don't heat it too much either, just enough to let it bend with force. Heat then bend it a bit, heat it again then a bit more, keep going till its done, Prob 3 heats... Too stop it Ovalling, keep rolling the bend in your fingers, It will be warm but it only burns for a few seconds! ;D::)

Doing it that way I can get 90 Degrees no bother.. ;)
