Again nice photo coverage Bill, thanks for sharing day one 8) nice to see all those steamers...bet the smell of coal and steam around them creates a real enjoyable atmosphere. 8)  David (DM434) is on with tar spraying this time of year.... wonder if he'd enjoy a trip back in time and a spell on the Morray Highways outfit you've captured.... ::);)

excellent photo's Bill. yeah Paul I saw that tar tanker , pleased we have moved on from those type , wonder how the tar was kept warm to use ? or maybe because of the small volumes , the sprayer didn't need to keep heating it .

Glad you enjoyed the tour of the show on day one. There were more tractors in today and even more spectators so overall a very successful show. The weather was fairly kind to us apart from a light shower or rain around 2pm but all that really did was keep the dust down 8)
