Tractorman810
simple idea really isn't it, but whats the difference between loading the dump bag into that then the drill,as apossed to just dump bag straght into the drill by tele loader that they have there

james f
Nice pics John... Look at the size of the smoke stack on that Case :o The width you see there probably includes the exhaust cover, basically another pipe around the actual exhaust to stop you grabbing it and getting your fingers melted! simple idea really isn't it, but whats the difference between loading the dump bag into that then the drill,as apossed to just dump bag straght into the drill by tele loader that they have there Maybe they use bulk seed? Light Land
They must be a fair sized out fit already to have kit like that.smart pictures john.
jdc
They must be a fair sized out fit already to have kit like that.smart pictures john. I think they've got over 1250 ha now. Maybe they use bulk seed? When it's empty someone takes it back home and dresses the correct amount of seed directly into it. Like most round here, he saves his own seed. jdc
That mx 270 isnt gonna struggle at all she pull another 2 at least and even on our clay thay manage that He keeps it in case the Cat goes down but the plough can be pulled with a Fastrac, TM 190 etc. I reckon he pulled the plough in half and there is another 6f stuck on a tree stump in the last field!! As an aside, a contractor was doing some work for him on another patch with a 9F KV plough. Heavy ground and the back 4f fell off so he just kept going.
